Function xyCheck

): asserts data is { x: AnyArray; y: AnyArray }
Verify that data is an object of x,y arrays. Throws an error if it's not.
Parameters
- data: unknown
  data to check.
- options: { minLength?: number } = {}
  options.
  - OptionalminLength?: number
    Minimum length.
Returns asserts data is { x: AnyArray; y: AnyArray }
